Bus
From the center of Murcia, head to the Estación de Autobuses (Bus Station) located at Calle de la Purísima, 1. You can take the ALSA bus heading towards Torrevieja. Buses run frequently, so check the schedule at the station. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Torrevieja bus station, exit the station and walk towards the beach area.
Train and Bus
Take the Renfe train from Murcia del Carmen station to Orihuela. The trains run every half hour and the trip takes about 30 minutes. Once in Orihuela, exit the train station and take the local bus (line 1 or line 2) towards Torrevieja. The bus journey will take around 40 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Playa de Los Náufragos.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Murcia. Simply find a taxi stand or use a ride-hailing app to book a taxi. The distance to Playa de Los Náufragos is approximately 50 kilometers and should take around 45 minutes, depending on traffic. It's a convenient option if you're traveling with luggage or in a group.
Walk
If you are staying in the nearby areas of Torrevieja, you can walk to Playa de Los Náufragos. From the city center, head towards the coast along Avenida de las Habaneras. Continue straight until you reach Playa de Los Náufragos, enjoying the seaside views along the way. The walk is roughly 2 kilometers and should take about 25-30 minutes.
