To reach Sierra de Carrascoy from the city center of Murcia, take the bus line 44 from the 'Plaza de Santo Domingo' bus station. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Carrascoy' stop. From there, you will see signs indicating the hiking trails leading to the peak. Follow the path that leads uphill to reach the summit.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in the city center. Head towards the 'Calle de la Feria' and follow the bike lane towards 'Av. Juan Carlos I'. Continue straight until you reach 'Calle de la Paz', and follow the signs that lead you to 'Sierra de Carrascoy'. For a more adventurous route, you can walk to Sierra de Carrascoy from the city center. Start at 'Plaza de Santo Domingo' and walk along 'Calle de la Feria'. Continue onto 'Calle de la Paz' and follow signs towards 'Calle de la Montaña', which will lead you directly to the base of the mountain. This walk will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
