Getting there

Car

If you are driving, head towards the town of Usún, which is approximately 30 km from Pamplona. From Pamplona, take the N-121A road heading east. After about 15 km, merge onto the N-135 road. Continue for another 10 km, then take the exit for the NA-140 towards Usún. Follow the signs to Usún and once you arrive in the town, look for signs towards Foz de Arbayún. You can park near the entrance of the nature preserve.

Public Transportation

To reach Foz de Arbayún using public transport, take a bus from Pamplona to the town of Lumbier. The bus service is operated by ALSA and runs several times a day. Once you arrive in Lumbier, you will need to take a taxi to Foz de Arbayún, as public transport does not go directly to the site. Taxis are usually available at the bus station, and the fare to Foz de Arbayún is approximately €15-€20. Ensure to confirm the taxi fare beforehand.

Walking

For those who enjoy hiking, there are several trails that lead into the Foz de Arbayún area. Starting from Usún, you can embark on a scenic walk, which will take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your pace.
