If you're driving, start from the town of Torla, which is a common entry point into Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. From Torla, take the A-138 road towards Bielsa. After approximately 12 kilometers, you'll reach the junction for the A-2609 road. Turn left and follow this road until you see signs for Fanlo. Drive through Fanlo and continue following the signs for the Mirador del Cañón de Añisclo. There is a parking area near the viewpoint, but be aware that parking may incur a small fee during peak tourist season.

If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Huesca to Aínsa. From Aínsa, you will need to catch a local bus to Fanlo.
