Purchase a ticket to Colunga (approximately 30-40 minutes travel time). Once you arrive in Colunga, exit the bus station and walk south on Calle del Río, then turn left onto Calle de la Rasa. The Dinosaurios attraction is located at Rasa de San Telmo, just a short walk from the bus station.
