Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Oviedo, start at the Plaza de la Constitución. Head east on Calle Uría until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Independencia. Turn right onto Calle de la Independencia and continue straight until you reach Parque de San Francisco. Walk through the park towards the northeast exit, which leads you to Calle de la Linde. When you exit the park, turn left onto Calle de la Linde and continue straight until you see signs for the train station. Follow the signs to the bus terminal, which is located next to the train station. From there, take bus number 3 or 5 towards Gijón. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Parque de Isabel la Católica' stop, which is a short walk from your destination.

• Public Transport

  From Oviedo, make your way to the Estación de Autobuses (Bus Station), which is located near the city center. You can walk there from Plaza de la Constitución by heading east on Calle Uría, then turning left on Calle de la Independencia. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for Gijón. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which should take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Gijón's main bus station, exit and head towards the Parque de Isabel la Católica. It's a short 10-minute walk: head south on Avenida de la Constitución, then turn right onto Avenida de la Playa. Continue until you see the park entrance.
