    Getting There

    Walking

    If you are in the city center of Oviedo, head towards Calle Uría, the main street. Walk straight down Calle Uría until you reach Plaza de la Escandalera. From there, continue straight onto Calle de la Independencia until you reach the intersection with Calle de San Francisco. Take a right onto Calle de San Francisco, which will lead you to Parque de San Francisco. Walk through the park, enjoying the scenery, until you reach the southern exit. Once you exit the park, you will find yourself on Avenida de Galicia. Continue straight, and you will see signs directing you towards Playa de San Lorenzo. The beach will be a short walk ahead on your right.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From the city center, make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Plaza de la Escandalera. Look for the bus lines that head towards Gijón, specifically bus numbers 1, 3, or 8. Board the bus and pay for your ticket (you can usually pay with cash or a travel card). The bus will take you directly towards Playa de San Lorenzo. After approximately 20-30 minutes, disembark at the stop named 'Playa de San Lorenzo.' From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the beach.
