    Getting There

    Walking

    If you are starting from the Oviedo Cathedral, head south on Calle de la Torre toward Plaza de la Catedral. Continue straight until you reach Calle de Uría, then turn left. Walk along Calle de Uría until you reach Plaza de la Escandalera. From there, take Calle de San Francisco on your right, which will lead you directly to Plaza del Fontán. It's approximately a 15-minute walk.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    If you are near the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Oviedo), take bus line 1 or 3 towards Plaza de la Paz. Get off at the stop 'Plaza de la Paz'. From there, walk down Calle de la Calzada and take a right onto Calle de San Francisco. Continue straight until you reach Plaza del Fontán. The total journey will take around 25 minutes including walking time.

    From the Campo de San Francisco park, exit the park onto Calle de San Francisco. Walk down this street until you reach Plaza del Fontán, which will be on your left. This is a pleasant 10-minute walk through one of Oviedo's charming areas.
