From Oviedo, head to the Oviedo Bus Station (Estación de Autobuses de Oviedo), which is located at Calle de José Aguado, 6. You can take a taxi or walk there if you're close by. Once at the Bus Station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Cudillero. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The bus will drop you off at the Cudillero bus station. From there, walk towards the main road and follow the signs for 'Mirador de Silencio' or 'Silence Beach Viewpoint', which is a scenic walking route of about 20 minutes uphill.
Train and Bus
Take a train from Oviedo to the nearby town of Avilés, which departs from Oviedo Train Station (Estación de Tren de Oviedo) on Calle de Uría. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. From Avilés, you can catch a bus to Cudillero, which typically runs every hour. Once you arrive in Cudillero, follow the directions to reach 'Mirador de Silencio' by walking through the picturesque streets for about 25 minutes.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and are up for a longer hike, you can walk from Oviedo to Cudillero. This is a challenging route that will take approximately 2-3 hours. Start by heading west on Calle de Uría until you reach the N-634 highway. Follow the highway towards Cudillero, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Be cautious as this route has limited pedestrian pathways. Once you arrive in Cudillero, make your way to the viewpoint by following local signs.
