From the central square, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, head northwest on Calle de Uría towards Calle de la Independencia. Continue straight until you reach Calle de la Lotería. Turn left onto Calle de la Lotería, then take the first right onto Calle de Dr. Casal. The Basilica of St. John The Regal will be on your left at the end of the street, at C. Dr. Casal, s/n.

From the central bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Oviedo), take bus line 1 or 3 towards 'La Corredoria'. Get off at the stop 'Calle de Dr. Casal'. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 5 minutes along Calle de Dr. Casal, and you will find the Basilica of St. John The Regal on your right.

If you are near the Train Station (Estación de tren de Oviedo), exit the station and head towards Avenida de Galicia. Walk straight along Avenida de Galicia until you reach Calle de Uría.
