Walking
If you're starting from the Oviedo Cathedral, head east on Calle de la Catedral. Continue straight for about 200 meters until you reach Plaza del Fontán. From Plaza del Fontán, take Calle del Gral. Elorza and walk straight for about 600 meters. You'll pass by various shops and cafes. Once you reach the intersection with Avenida de Galicia, turn left. Continue on Avenida de Galicia for approximately 300 meters, then turn right onto Calle de Riego. The Memorial of Rafael del Riego will be on your left in Plaza de Riego.

Public Transport
From the Oviedo bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Oviedo), take bus line 1 towards Piles. Get off at the stop 'Plaza de la Paz' after about 10 minutes. Once you exit the bus, walk straight along Calle de la Paz for about 300 meters until you reach Plaza del Fontán. From there, follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Memorial of Rafael del Riego.

Starting from the Train Station (Estación de Tren de Oviedo), exit the station and head southeast on Calle de la Estación. After about 400 meters, turn right onto Avenida de Galicia. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Calle de Riego. Turn left onto Calle de Riego, and the Memorial of Rafael del Riego will be on your left at Plaza de Riego.
