If you are starting from the Oviedo Cathedral, head east on Calle de la Catedral towards Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Continue straight until you reach Plaza del Ayuntamiento. From there, take Calle de Uría and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass the beautiful Plaza de la Escandalera on your left. Keep walking until you reach Plaza del Carbayón. The monumento a la concordia will be located in the center of the square.

From the bus station Estación de Autobuses de Oviedo, take any local bus heading towards the city center. Alight at the stop 'Plaza del Ayuntamiento.' Once you exit the bus, walk east on Calle de la Catedral towards Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de Uría, then walk straight for about 10 minutes past Plaza de la Escandalera. Finally, turn left onto Plaza del Carbayón, where you will find the monumento a la concordia in the center.
