Walking
Starting from the Plaza del Castillo, head northeast on Calle Nueva. Continue straight until you reach Calle Estella, then turn left. Follow Calle Estella until you reach the intersection with Av. de Pío XII. Turn right onto Av. de Pío XII and walk for approximately 10 minutes. Estanque de La Taconera will be on your left, located within the Taconera Park.
Public Transport
From the Plaza del Castillo, walk to the nearby bus stop at Plaza de la Paz. Take bus line 5 towards Argaray. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Taconera'. From there, walk back a short distance on Av. de Pío XII, and you will find Estanque de La Taconera on your right within Taconera Park.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, start from the Plaza del Castillo and head northwest on Calle San Nicolás. Continue straight until you reach the Parque de la Taconera. Once at the park entrance, follow the paths to find Estanque de La Taconera, located within the park grounds. The total biking distance is approximately 2 kilometers and will take around 10-15 minutes.
