Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the Plaza del Castillo, the central square of Pamplona. Head east on Calle Estafeta towards Calle de San Nicolás. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de la Constitución. From there, take Calle de la Ronda, which will lead you towards the old city walls. Follow the signs for 'Murallas de Pamplona' and continue until you reach the Parque de la Ciudadela. Walk through the park until you see the entrance to the old city walls, then follow the path along the walls. The Portal of Zumalacarregui is located on P.º del Redín, and you will see it as you approach the western side of the park.
