Walking
Start at Plaza del Castillo, the central square of Pamplona. Head east on Calle Nueva until you reach the intersection with Avenida de Carlos III. Turn right onto Avenida de Carlos III and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida de Zaragoza. After about 500 meters, you will see a sign for the Parque Fluvial del Río Arga. Follow the path leading to the river. As you walk along the riverbanks, you will eventually come to the Puente de las Oblatas, which will be visible as you approach.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Plaza del Castillo, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is at Avenida Carlos III. Take Bus Line 12 towards 'Mendillorri'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Rochapea' stop. From the bus stop, walk straight down the street until you reach the Río Arga. Follow the riverbank path, and you will arrive at Puente de las Oblatas in approximately 10 minutes.
Biking
If you have access to a bike, start at Plaza del Castillo and head towards the bike lanes on Avenida de Carlos III. Follow the avenue until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto Avenida de Zaragoza. Continue biking straight; you will eventually find bike paths that lead directly to the banks of the Río Arga. Continue along the river until you reach Puente de las Oblatas. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes.
