From the main bus station in Ronda, take the bus to Istán. Buses are operated by the company ALSA. Check the schedule in advance as services may vary. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Istán, you will be a short walk away from El Coto de Istán.

Walking
After arriving at the Istán bus stop, exit the bus and head towards the main road (A-397). Turn left and walk along this road for about 15-20 minutes. Look for a sign indicating the path to El Coto de Istán. Follow the signs which will lead you to the hiking trails that lead to the site.

Bike
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Ronda before heading to the bus station. Take the bus to Istán with your bike. Upon arrival, follow the same route as walking, but enjoy the scenic ride along the A-397 towards El Coto de Istán. This will take you about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
