If you are in the center of Ronda, start at the Plaza de España. From there, head east on Calle San Francisco until you reach the intersection with Calle Virgen de la Paz. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the junction with Avenida de Málaga. Cross over to Avenida de Málaga and continue walking straight. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Ronda). Take a bus heading to Estepona. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Estepona, disembark at the bus terminal. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Ayuntamiento de Estepona. Head southeast on Avenida Juan Carlos I and you will see the city hall at Av. Juan Carlos I, 24.

From your location in Ronda, make your way to the Ronda bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Ronda) located at Calle de la Estación. You can either walk, which is about a 10-minute walk from the city center, or take a local taxi if you prefer. At the bus station, look for buses heading to Estepona. The journey will take about an hour. Once you arrive at the Estepona bus terminal, exit the terminal and turn left onto Avenida Juan Carlos I. Walk along this road for about 800 meters, and you will arrive at the Ayuntamiento de Estepona located at Av. Juan Carlos I, 24.
