Walking
If you are in the city center, make your way to Plaza de la Constitución. From the plaza, head towards Calle Mayor and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Okendo Kalea. Turn left onto Okendo Kalea, and you will find the Terraza de Hotel Maria Cristina on your right, just before the Hotel Maria Cristina. The entrance is located at the lower access point.

Take Bus Line 28 from the nearest bus stop to your location in the city center. Alight at the 'Okendo Kalea' stop. From there, walk a short distance along Okendo Kalea towards the Hotel Maria Cristina. The entrance to the Terraza is at the lower access point of the hotel.

You can easily find a taxi at designated taxi ranks throughout the city center. Simply tell the driver 'Terraza de Hotel Maria Cristina, Okendo Kalea' and they will take you directly to the hotel. The entrance to the Terraza is at the lower access point.
