If you are starting from La Concha Beach, head east along the shoreline, enjoying the beautiful views of the bay. Continue walking until you reach the end of the beach, and then take the path that leads you up to the promenade. Follow the promenade until you reach the Plaza de la Constitución. From there, walk north for about 5 minutes until you see Ijentea Kalea on your left. The City Hall will be on your right at Ijentea Kalea, 1.

If you are near the Boulevard, look for the bus stops serving line 28. Take the bus towards 'Gros' and get off at the 'Ayuntamiento' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the water, and you will see the San Sebastián City Hall directly ahead on Ijentea Kalea, 1.

If you are near the San Sebastián tram station, board the tram heading towards 'Gros'. Get off at the 'Paseo de la Concha' stop. From there, walk to the left along the waterfront until you reach the Plaza de la Constitución. Continue walking north for about 5 minutes, and you’ll find the City Hall at Ijentea Kalea, 1.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the city center and head towards La Concha beach.
