If you are in the heart of San Sebastián, start at the Plaza de la Constitución, a central square surrounded by beautiful buildings. From there, head east along Calle Mayor. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade, known as La Concha. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the scenic views of the bay. After about 10-15 minutes, you will arrive at the intersection with Salamanca Pasealekua. Turn left onto Salamanca Pasealekua, and the San Sebastián City Tour office will be on your left at number 2.

If you prefer to take public transport, look for the local bus service. Depending on your location, you can catch a bus that stops near the San Sebastián City Tour office. Routes L1 and L2 are common options. Board the bus and ask the driver to notify you when you reach Salamanca Pasealekua. The stop is very close to the office, which is at number 2. Once you get off, walk a few steps to your left to find the entrance.

For those who enjoy biking, San Sebastián has a bike-sharing program. Locate the nearest bike station and rent a bike. Set your GPS to Salamanca Pasealekua, 2. Cycle toward the city center, then head towards La Concha beach. You'll find bike lanes that will lead you directly to Salamanca Pasealekua. Once you arrive, the San Sebastián City Tour office will be on your left. Make sure to lock your bike at the nearby bike rack.
