If you are starting from La Concha Beach, head southeast along the promenade towards the city center. Continue walking past the beach until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Libertad. Turn left and walk up Avenida de la Libertad, passing shops and cafes until you reach Plaza de Gipuzkoa. From the plaza, take the exit onto Urdaneta Kalea, and the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd will be on your right at number 12.

If you are near the Old Town (Parte Vieja), walk to the nearest bus stop on Calle 31 de Agosto. Take bus number 28 towards Amara. After a short ride, get off at the stop named 'Catedral' which is just a couple of minutes away. Once you exit the bus, walk a short distance to Urdaneta Kalea, and the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd will be at number 12.
