Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the San Sebastián city center (Plaza de la Constitución), head northwest towards Calle Mayor. Walk along Calle Mayor until you reach the intersection with Calle 31 de Agosto. Turn right onto Calle 31 de Agosto and continue straight until you hit the river. You'll notice the stunning views of the Urumea River ahead. Cross the bridge (Puente de la Zurriola) that spans the river. Once you cross, continue straight on the pathway along the riverbank, which will lead you to Gernikako Arbola Pasealekua. As you approach, keep an eye out for the beautiful gardens along the river.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop (e.g., Boulevard). Take bus line 28 towards 'Gros' and get off at 'Gernikako Arbola'. Once you exit the bus, walk along Gernikako Arbola Pasealekua for a few minutes, and you'll arrive at Rio Urumea, where you can enjoy the picturesque views of the river.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in the city. Start from the city center and head towards the waterfront along the Paseo de la Concha. Continue along the waterfront, following the path that runs parallel to the beach until you reach the mouth of the Urumea River. Turn left and follow the bike path along the river until you reach Gernikako Arbola Pasealekua. The scenic route will lead you directly to Rio Urumea.
