Walking
From the city center of San Sebastián, head towards the La Concha beach. Walk along the promenade (Paseo de la Concha) until you reach the end of the beach. Once you reach the end, take the footbridge (Puente de la Zurriola) across the river. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Libertad. Turn left onto Avenida de la Libertad and follow it until you reach the bus station (Estación de Autobuses de San Sebastián).
Bus
From the bus station (Estación de Autobuses de San Sebastián), take the bus line L2 towards 'Hondarribia'. This bus will take you towards Ciboure. Get off at the stop 'Ciboure - Gare' (Ciboure Train Station). From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to Fort de Socoa. Head southeast on Avenue du Commandant Passicot until you reach the Fort.

You can take a taxi from anywhere in San Sebastián. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Fort de Socoa, Av. du Commandant Passicot, Ciboure'. The taxi ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
