From the city center of San Sebastián, head to the 'Donostia' bus station located at Plaza Pio XII. There, take the Lurraldebus line A-1 towards 'Getaria'. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Getaria' stop, which is the last stop on the route.

Go to the 'San Sebastián' train station (Estación del Norte). Take a Renfe train towards 'Zarautz'. The train ride is about 25 minutes. Disembark at 'Zarautz' station. From there, you can walk to Getariako Portua, which is about a 30-minute walk along the scenic coastline. Head east along the beach promenade until you reach Getaria.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops around the city center. Head towards the beach and follow the bike path along the coast towards Getaria. The ride is approximately 10 km and will take you about 40 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful coastal views as you pedal your way to Getariako Portua.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can walk directly to Getariako Portua. Start from the beach (La Concha) and walk along the coastal path towards Getaria. This scenic route is about 12 km and will take approximately 2.5 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as there are some steep sections along the way.
