Getting There

Walking

From Gros, head towards the beach promenade (Zurriola). Walk along the promenade towards the east until you reach the mouth of the River Urumea. Cross the bridge (Puente de la Zurriola) and continue on the left bank of the river. Follow the riverside path and take the path that leads uphill toward Monte Urgull. Eventually, you will find signs directing you to Monte Urgull.
Public Transport

You can take bus line 28 from Gros (stop 'Gros - Avenida de la Libertad'). The fare is €1.70. Get off at the stop 'Paseo de las Conchas'. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Monte Urgull. Follow the signs toward the Castillo Kalea, which will lead you directly to the entrance of Monte Urgull.
Bicycle

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Gros. Head towards the beach promenade and follow the same route as if you were walking. There are bike paths leading to Monte Urgull, and you can park your bike at the designated areas near the entrance.
