Walking
If you are starting from the San Sebastián city center (Plaza de la Constitución), head southwest towards Calle 31 de Agosto. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade known as Kontxa Pasealekua. Turn left onto the promenade, and follow it along the bay. La Concha Bay will be on your right, and you will soon arrive at the iconic beach area.
