Walking
If you are in the city center of San Sebastián, start at Plaza de la Constitución. From there, head southeast on Calle Mayor until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Virgen del Coro. Turn left onto Calle de la Virgen del Coro and continue straight until you reach the beach (La Concha). Walk along the beach promenade towards the east, enjoying the views. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the entrance of the Parque de la Ciudadela. Enter the park, and take the path that leads upwards towards Castillo de la Mota. The 'Monumento al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús' is located near the top of the hill, just a short walk from the castle. Look for the large statue on your left as you approach the summit.

Public Transport
From the San Sebastián bus station (Estación de Autobuses), take bus line 28 towards 'Aiete'. Get off at the 'Paseo de la Concha' stop. From there, walk towards the beach and turn right to walk along the promenade. Continue walking until you reach the entrance of the Parque de la Ciudadela. Once inside the park, follow the paths that lead upwards towards Castillo de la Mota. The 'Monumento al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús' is situated close to the castle at the top. It should take about 15-20 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the monument.
