Walking
If you're starting from the Old Town (Parte Vieja) of San Sebastián, head towards the waterfront and walk along the promenade (Paseo de la Concha) towards the west. Continue walking until you reach the end of the bay, then follow the signs for the bus station (Estación de Autobuses). Take Line A (Hondarribia) from the bus station, which will take you directly to Hondarribia. The bus ride is approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Hondarribia, get off at the stop 'Hondarribia - Plaza de Gipuzkoa'. From there, walk towards Harma Plaza. You should see signs directing you to the Alde Zaharra area, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Public Transport
From San Sebastián city center, make your way to the bus station (Estación de Autobuses). Look for the buses heading to Hondarribia, which is easily accessible. Board the bus on Line A towards Hondarribia. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Hondarribia, disembark at 'Hondarribia - Plaza de Gipuzkoa'. From this plaza, walk towards Harma Plaza; Alde Zaharra is a historic area, and it should take you roughly 5 minutes on foot to reach your destination.
