Start at the Plaza de la Constitución, the heart of Parte Vieja. From the plaza, head towards the east side, passing through Calle Mayor. Continue along the street until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Defensa. Here, turn left onto Calle de la Defensa. Continue walking straight until you see the steps leading up to Monte Urgull. Follow the steps up to reach the entrance of Monte Urgull.

If you are near the San Telmo Museoa, exit the museum and turn left onto Plaza Zuloaga. Walk towards the bridge, cross it, and then take the path to your right that leads towards Monte Urgull. Follow the winding path that will lead you up to the hilltop entrance. This route offers stunning views of the bay.
