From the center of Santander, walk to the 'Estación de Autobuses' (Bus Station) located at Calle Castilla. Take the bus number 3 towards 'Colindres'. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Colindres, disembark at the 'Calle Ramón y Cajal' stop. From there, walk approximately 15 minutes south along 'Calle Ramón y Cajal', then turn left onto 'Calle de la Playa', which will lead you to the entrance of the Parque natural de las Marismas de Santoña, Victoria y Joyel.

Head to the 'Estación de Tren' (Train Station) in Santander. Take a train towards 'Bilbao' and get off at the 'Colindres' stop. The train ride takes about 20 minutes.
