Turn left onto Calle de la Llama, and walk for about 500 meters. You will see the 'Monumento al Incendio de Santander' ahead in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

From there, continue on foot: head northeast on Calle San Fernando, turn left onto Calle de la Llama, and walk straight until you reach the monument in Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
