If you are starting from the Santander Cathedral, head southeast on Calle de la Iglesia toward Plaza de la Catedral. Continue straight onto Calle del Rey, and after about 300 meters, you will reach Plaza de Pombo. From there, turn right onto Calle de Gómez Oreña. Continue walking for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Calleja. Turn left, and after a short walk, you will find Plaza Alfonso XIII on your right.

From the main bus station in Santander, take Bus Line 1 (Direction: El Sardinero) and get off at the stop 'Plaza de la Esperanza'. Walk southeast on Calle de la Esperanza until you reach the intersection with Calle de Gómez Oreña. Turn right onto Calle de Gómez Oreña and continue for about 400 meters. Turn left onto Calle de la Calleja, and Plaza Alfonso XIII will be on your right.
