Turn right onto Calle del Sol and follow it until you reach Plaza Porticada, where the Estatua de Pedro Velarde is located at Plaza Porticada, 3. The statue is easily visible and is situated in a pedestrian area.

Catch any bus that stops at Plaza de Cañadío or Plaza del Ayuntamiento. From either stop, you can walk to Plaza Porticada. After getting off, head towards Avenida de la Constitución, then turn right onto Calle del Sol. Continue until you arrive at Plaza Porticada, where you will find the Estatua de Pedro Velarde.

If you are arriving by train at Santander's Estación de trenes, exit the station and head towards Calle de Castilla. Follow this road until you reach Plaza de Cañadío.
