He was extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, explaining every detail about the city, its history, and its significance. He also gave us excellent advice on when to attend the Pilgrim’s Mass, which made our visit even more special. We had a fantastic time exploring Santiago with him. The organization was excellent: we left Porto, spent the day in Santiago, and returned to Porto all within approximately 10 hours, making it a very convenient and enjoyable day trip. We highly recommend Carlos Sousa and the company that he works for to anyone visiting Santiago de Compostela. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge truly made the experience memorable.
