Walking
Start from the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, a central landmark. Head east on Rúa do Franco towards Rúa de San Pedro. Continue straight until you reach Rúa de San Pedro and turn left. Walk until you reach the intersection with Rúa de San Miguel. Turn right onto Rúa de San Miguel and continue until you reach Rúa de Concheiros. Turn left onto Rúa de Concheiros and proceed straight until you reach the Plaza de Galicia. From there, head towards the Avenida de la Coruña and follow it until you reach the Travesía da Estrada. Lavadeiro público will be on your right.
Public Transport
From the Cathedral, walk to the closest bus stop, 'Catedral - Plaza de la Quintana'. Take Bus Line 5 towards 'Vioño' and get off at the stop 'Estrada - Lavadeiro'. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk down Travesía da Estrada where Lavadeiro público is located.

If you are near the Mercado de Abastos, exit the market and head towards Rúa do Franco. Walk straight until you reach Rúa de San Pedro. Turn left and continue straight until you intersect with Rúa de Concheiros. Turn left and walk until you reach the Plaza de Galicia. From there, proceed to Avenida de la Coruña and follow it until you find Travesía da Estrada on your right, where Lavadeiro público is situated.
