Car
If you're driving, head towards the center of Granada from Sierra Nevada. Take the A-395 road, which leads directly to Granada. Once you reach the city, follow the signs to the city center. As you approach the Plaza de Santo Domingo, turn onto Calle Gran Vía de Colón. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de Santa Ana. The Oficina de Turismo is located on this square at Plaza de Sta. Ana, Centro, 18009 Granada. Parking in the area may require payment, so be prepared for parking fees if you find a space.

Public Transportation - Bus
For those using public transport, you can take a bus from Sierra Nevada to Granada. Look for the ALSA bus service that runs regularly from the Sierra Nevada ski resort to Granada's city center. The trip takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at the Granada bus station, walk towards the city center, which is approximately a 20-minute walk. You can follow the signs to Plaza de Santa Ana, where the Oficina de Turismo is located.
