Walking
If you are starting from the Tarragona train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Via Augusta. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Carrer de la Unió. Turn right onto Carrer de la Unió and continue walking until you reach Plaça de la Font. From there, continue straight onto Carrer de la Cort, then turn left onto Carrer de la Mare de Déu del Claustre. Follow this road, and you will see the Amfiteatre de Tarragona on your left, just past the Parc de l'amfiteatre.

From Plaça de la Font, you can take bus line 3 towards 'El Serrallo'. Get off at the stop 'Rambla Nova - Pl. de la Font', then walk towards the waterfront and follow the signs towards the historical center.
