If you're starting from the Tarragona city center (Plaça de la Font), head towards Carrer de la Unió and take a left onto Carrer de la Reina. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Once you reach the promenade, turn right, and follow the coast along Paseo Marítimo. This will take you through beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. Keep walking for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the area of Salou. Look for signs pointing towards Platja de Llevant. The beach will be on your left.
Public Transport - Bus

From Tarragona, head to the central bus station (Estació d'Autobusos de Tarragona), which is located a short walk from the city center. Look for the bus service that goes to Salou. The buses typically run every 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Salou, disembark at the stop closest to the beach, usually 'Platja de Llevant'. From the bus stop, walk towards the coast, and you will see the beach directly ahead.
Train

Make your way to the Tarragona train station (Estació de Tarragona), located about 15 minutes from the city center by foot. Look for a regional train heading towards Salou. The train ride is approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Salou station, exit and walk towards the coast. Head south along Carrer de Barcelona, then take a right onto Carrer de la Diputació, which leads directly to Platja de Llevant.
