Getting There

Walking

If you are in the center of Tarragona, start at the Plaça de la Font, which is a central square. Head southeast towards the Rambla Nova. Once you reach Rambla Nova, continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn left and walk towards the beach area. Continue walking along the coast until you reach the Port Esportiu de Salou. The walk should take around 30 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean along the way.
Bus

From the Tarragona city center, you can catch a bus to Salou. Head to the bus station located at Carrer de Pau Claris, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Plaça de la Font. Look for buses heading to Salou (such as lines 500 or 501). The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Salou, get off at the 'Port Esportiu' stop, which is near the harbor. From there, it's just a short walk to reach the Port Esportiu de Salou.
Train

If you prefer to take the train, walk to the Tarragona train station, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the city center. Once at the station, buy a ticket for Salou, and board the train. The journey to Salou takes about 10 minutes. After arriving at the Salou train station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the beach. Walk towards the coast, and you will find the Port Esportiu de Salou within a 15-minute walk from the station.
