From the center of Tarragona, head to the 'Paseo de las Palmeras' bus stop. Take bus line 1 towards 'El Catllar'. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'La Granja' stop. From there, walk south along the dirt path that leads to Roca Foradada de Prades, which should take around 30 minutes.

Make your way to the Tarragona train station (Estació de Tarragona). Take the R16 line towards 'L'Ametlla de Mar'. Get off at the 'Prades' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to the hiking trails. Roca Foradada de Prades is about a 45-minute hike from the station.

If you are starting from the main square (Plaça de la Font) in Tarragona, walk east towards 'Carrer de la Unió'. Continue straight until you reach 'Carrer de Sant Agustí'. Turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with 'Carrer de la Cort'. From there, head towards the hills, following signs for hiking trails. Roca Foradada de Prades is about 1.5 hours away on foot.
