If you are near the Tarragona Cathedral, start by heading down Carrer de la Cort. Follow this street until you reach Plaça del Rei. From there, continue straight onto Carrer de Santa Anna, which will lead you to the main street, Rambla Nova. Turn left onto Rambla Nova and walk straight until you see the large pedestrian square, Plaça de la Font. Cross the square and head towards the coast. Once you reach the waterfront, turn right onto Passeig de les Palmeres. Continue walking along the promenade until you see signs for 'Amfiteatre'. The amphitheater is located at Parc de l'Amfiteatre, s/n, which is just a short walk from the promenade.

If you are near the main bus station, you can take bus number 5, which heads towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Plaça de la Font'. From there, follow the instructions provided for walking from Plaça de la Font to Amfiteatre de Tarragona as mentioned above.
