From Adam's Peak, take a local bus that heads towards Nallathanniya. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and tickets cost around LKR 50. Once you arrive in Nallathanniya, you can ask locals for directions to Rajamale Kanda, which is about a 1.5 km walk from the bus stop. Alternatively, you can hire a tuk-tuk from Nallathanniya to Rajamale Kanda for about LKR 300.
