After approximately 2 kilometers, take a right turn onto the road leading to Mahamewuna Uyana. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you see the Dakkhina Stupa on your right. There is usually parking available nearby.

To reach Dakkhina Stupa via public transport, take a local bus from Anuradhapura Main Bus Station heading towards Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. The fare is typically around 30-50 LKR.
