Getting There

• Walking

  If you are at the Anuradhapura Railway Station, exit the station and head west on Station Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road, which is A9. Look out for signposts leading to the Western Monastery Complex. When you spot the sign, turn right and cycle down the path for about 500 meters. Padanagara of Western Monastery Complex will be on your left.

  Find a tuk-tuk in the city center of Anuradhapura. You can ask the driver to take you to Padanagara of Western Monastery Complex. The ride should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. • Public Transport

  If you are near the main bus station in Anuradhapura, look for buses heading towards the ancient sites. Board a bus that stops near the Western Monastery Complex.
