Walking
If you are starting from the Anuradhapura railway station, exit the station and head east towards the main road. Turn right onto the main road (Station Road). Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Sri Maha Bodhi tree on your left. From there, continue straight along the road until you see the sign for Pūraṇa Bhikkuṇī Upāsaya on your right. The address is 994W+6Q4 Thūpārāma Petmāṅga, Anuradhapura.

From the Anuradhapura bus station, take a local bus heading towards the Thūpārāma area. Inform the conductor that you are going to Pūraṇa Bhikkuṇī Upāsaya. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the bus stop near the location, get off and walk along the road, look for the sign indicating Pūraṇa Bhikkuṇī Upāsaya on the right side.
