From the Anuradhapura Central Bus Station, take a bus towards Embogama. Make sure to inform the bus conductor that you're going to Ulpotha Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat, as they can help you with directions. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the nearest bus stop to Embogama. From there, you may need to walk for about 15-20 minutes to reach the retreat. Follow the local signs for Ulpotha or ask locals for help.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any location in Anuradhapura. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Ulpotha Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat in Embogama. The ride will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure that you have the address written down (3751005, Embogama) to show the driver.
