If you are driving from Colombo city center, head east on Galle Road (A2) towards Thalawathugoda. After approximately 9 km, take the exit toward Thalawathugoda. Continue on the Thalawathugoda Road for about 2 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on Thalawathugoda Road. Continue for another 1 km and then turn left onto VWHJ+H6F. Boardwalk will be on your right. Please ensure to check for parking availability nearby.

To reach Boardwalk by bus, start at the Colombo Fort Bus Station. Take the bus number 138 or 150 heading to Thalawathugoda. The journey will take approximately 1 hour depending on traffic. Get off at the Thalawathugoda Junction. From there, walk about 15 minutes along Thalawathugoda Road, then turn left onto VWHJ+H6F. Boardwalk will be on your right. Please ensure to have some change for the bus fare, which is about LKR 50.
