Look for VVF+G56, which is the address for Colombo Zoo. Make sure to find parking near the zoo as it can get crowded, especially on weekends. The entry fee for adults is approximately LKR 500, while children typically pay LKR 250.

To reach Colombo Zoo via public transport, find a bus stop that services the Colombo to Dehiwala route. Buses such as 100, 101, or 105 regularly run towards Dehiwala. Board the bus and inform the conductor you want to go to Colombo Zoo. The fare will be around LKR 30-50. Disembark at the nearest stop to the zoo and walk a short distance to reach the entrance at VVF+G56.

Public Transportation - Train
If you prefer taking the train, head to Colombo Fort Railway Station and board a train heading towards Galle or Matara. Get off at the Dehiwala Station. From the station, you can take a tuk-tuk or a local bus (number 100 or 101) to the zoo, which is about a 10-15 minute ride. The train ticket will cost around LKR 40-100 depending on the class.
