    If you are in the Colombo Fort area, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 138 or 100. Both buses stop at Independence Avenue. Ask the conductor to alert you when you reach Independence Avenue. Once you get off, walk towards the direction of the Independence Memorial Hall, which is a prominent landmark nearby. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters, and you will see the China Cultural Center on your right at No 5 Independence Ave.
