Getting There

  • Bus

    From the Colombo Fort bus station, take bus number 138 towards Kotte. The bus will pass through several areas including Panchikawatte and Rajagiriya. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Thalawathugoda Junction. Get off at the Thalawathugoda Junction bus stop.

  • Walking

    Once you get off at the Thalawathugoda Junction, walk along the main road (Sri Jayawardenepura Road) towards Japan Sri Lanka Friendship Road. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance of Diyasaru Park. The park entrance will be on your left.

  • Tuk-tuk

    If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a tuk-tuk from Thalawathugoda Junction directly to Diyasaru Park. The ride should take about 5 minutes, and you can agree on a fare with the driver before starting your journey. Just tell the driver 'Diyasaru Park' and they will take you there.
