Public Bus
From Colombo Fort Bus Station, take bus number 177 towards Kotte. The bus will take you through several stops, including major areas such as Pettah and Borella. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the 'Thalawathugoda' stop. Once you get off, walk along the Japan Sri Lanka Friendship Road for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Diyasaru Park, located on your left.

You can easily find a tuk-tuk from any major area in Colombo. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Diyasaru Park located on Japan Sri Lanka Friendship Road in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand or ask the driver to use the meter.

Head to the Colombo Fort Railway Station and take a train to Kottawa. Check the schedule for trains heading in that direction. Once you reach Kottawa Station, exit and look for the bus stops nearby.
